Community Development District Meetings
The Board of Supervisors of the Deer Island Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings for the Fiscal Year 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Deer Island Golf Club, 18000 Eagles Way, Tavares, FL 32778 on the second Monday of the month, unless otherwise indicated, as follows:

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for a particular meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, at 219 E. Livingston St., Orlando, FL 32801. A meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at that meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
